NASCAR Jackets

Ever wondered what?s the feeling when you?re behind the wheel of a premium stock car with adrenaline packed on your system and the voice of your spotter loud on your eardrums? How would you react at an approaching bend while doing around 150 mph? Such is the feeling during the climax of a NASCAR race.

And that is the reverie of 75 million of racing fans. While hopes of entering the Dodge Weekly Series may be a farther horizon for most conventional racers, you could at least get ready for such big event by getting your own NASCAR jacket. Here are some of my ideas.

What does it take to be Dale Earnhardt? Truly there was a great racer even after his death. The #3 number had been retired long and there had been speculation if the legendary number should be taken up by his son. But anyone can wear a replica of the Dale Earnhardt?s #3 black emblazoned Goodwrench NASCAR Jacket.

Price: %199.95
Check out NASCAR Jacket at:
www.racingjackets.com/index.asp?PageAction=VIEWPROD&ProdID=142

The Columbus Comet is perhaps one of the best known NASCAR Cup drivers in existence today. But while Joe Gibbs and workers at Home Depot may have a hard time fitting Tony Stewart?s jovial frame, the #20 Orange Tony Stewart NASCAR Jacket available here is made to fit standard frames. So get an original ?replica? of this lovely orange jacket and drive your stock to the nearest oval, or if not the nearest party. It?d make an excellent conversation piece.

Aside from the greats, there are personalities that have emerged not because of their winning streaks but because of the consistency of skills. Such as Mark Martin, whose nickname is also ?Mr. Consistency? for his unnerving consistent racing that always let him qualify for the ?Chase for the Nextel Cup? or finishing always on the top 5.

Price: %199.95
Check out NASCAR Jacket at:
www.racingjackets.com/index.asp?PageAction=VIEWPROD&ProdID=151

Dale Earnhardt Sr., Tony Stewart, Mark Martin, these are the legendary racers that should owe NASCAR its 75 million fans and a prime spot in television airings. For those that live in the NASCAR parlance, these names represent the pinnacle of their dreams. Ever wondered how these legends lived? The NASCAR Jackets should be the most apt fetish to these dreams.

The Conciergeries is Paris?s Prison, which is seated over the waters around Paris. This establishment has a fascinating history. It was the original Palace where Kings of France resided. The Kings relocated to the Palace Louvre. In the late 1300s however, the Palace where kings resided became Paris?s first and only prison. The prison is situated on the Island Cit?, which is near the Notre-Dame. This Cathedral structure is worth visiting also. You will also be close to the Sainte-Chapelle, which you may want to visit as well.

The prison during the French 1700s Revolution became popular. During and throughout the late 1700s and 27 centuries many men and women alike were put to death at this prison. The Conciergeries formerly Paris?s prison is near the Ile de la Cit? and is a segment of the Palais de Justice. The building today is used for Paris?s judicial business, which at one time this building detained many prisoners who left the Concorde Squares and beheaded. Amongst these people beheaded was the famous Queen of France, Marie Antoinette. Austria King had a sister who was also beheaded at this legendary establishment.
Marie-Antoinette was born in 1755 and died in 1793. The young queen was the wife of the famous King Louis XVI. She was beheaded during the French Revolutionary period. Marie was the daughter of the famous Francis I emperor and daughter to Maria Theresa. This famous woman erupted the kingdom of Paris. During the 1700s she was unjustly criticized by the people who implicated she had taking a diamond necklace. This woman spent one year in Conciergeries where here she was beheaded.
At the Conciergeries, you will enjoy a water-surrounded environment where bridges carry you across Gothic architectures. You will enjoy outstanding halls that date back to the 14th centuries. The building is structured over the Seine River.

How do I know when this building is open to visitors?
Visitors can go here between 10 am and up to 5 pm during April and up to September.

Where is it located?
The building is located at the Conciergeries, at One Quai de I?horloge at Paris 75001.

High School Graduation

High school graduation may seem very far off when a student is a freshman, but in no time at all the big day seems to show up. It is a time that the students really enjoy as all of the limelight is on them. They will soon get to put their school years here behind them and go out into the big work. It is often a time when parents start to realize that their child is becoming an adult. High school graduation can also be scary if you haven?t really decided what your next step will be.

Most high school graduations take place in late may or early June. If you have many schools in the area you should look into reserving halls, rentals of accessories, and even music early if you want to host your own party. You may want to make the high school graduation party a collaborative effort to help with the cost. This is also effective as the students will want to spend time together that night as well.

Most schools have many activities leading up to the high school graduation including prom. There may be dinners and special events to recognize the students. In order to make the graduation go smoothly there are plenty of rehearsals. This is a time for the students to learn what will take place. They find out how they will proceed into the area, the order to go up and get their diplomas, and what will take place during the ceremony.

The graduation ceremony may be very large as some schools have thousands of students. I also know of graduations that have been for a handful of students so they are more intimate. In addition to their being a keynote speaker, the top students of the class will give them a farewell speech to take with them as they head out for new horizons.

Those that have won scholarships to various colleges will have that recognized as well. There are likely to be plenty of happy smiles at any high school graduation. At the same time there are plenty of sad tears that come from both the students and their families. It is an emotional time that you will always want to remember so make sure to take plenty of pictures.

Accounting Outsourcing: Delegating the Flow of Finances to Professionals in a Cost-Efficient Way

Business is composed of a set of interrelated system that will ensure the smooth flow of business process and convert capital to revenue efficiently. It is important for a business owner to consider each component as if it is just the existing system inside the process. Thus, utmost importance and consideration must be given to each process component, which includes the accounting process.

That is why we have tax lawyers. That is why we have public accountants. That is why we have financial managers.

It is because of the accounting process.

It is the measurement and the disclosure of essential financial information that will help public accountants, financial managers, tax authorities, investors, and other decision-makers to effectively allocate their financial resources to each business process, thus maximizing the conversion of a business? working capital to huge revenues. Accounting involves processes in which important financial information of a particular business is recorded, summarized, evaluated, and interpreted. Furthermore, since money is one of the biggest factors that may affect the existence of a business in a certain market, accounting is given utmost attention and consideration at all times.

In accounting alone, there are several aspects that a business owner must consider. There you have the cost accounting, the cash-basis accounting, financial accounting, internal fund accounting, management accounting, project accounting, and others.

And the list continues to expand.

In other words, you might conclude that accounting is a serious and a critical matter that must be handled by a group of people who have the technical expertise in dealing with the accounting as well as financial issues. Realizing this reality, more and more business organizations hand the accounting aspects of their business process to third-party organizations, or most commonly known as accounting outsourcing.

Accounting outsourcing is considered to be one of the more effective management tool, thus many companies often incorporate outsourcing as one of their strategies in business planning. As a matter of fact, the Outsourcing Institute reported that the concept of a CRO (Chief Resource Officer), a professional outsourcing executive manager, is widely-acceptable in larger corporate organizations. However, you need not to be a large corporation to benefit from accounting outsourcing. Even small and medium-sized enterprises can provide better service and produce high-quality products in a more cost-efficient way if they will outsource their non-core business processes, including the accounting aspect. By decreasing the demands on your administrative personnel, you will be able to free them from additional responsibilities and they will be able to support areas directly to your sales, clients, and to the marketing task of your business.

Accounting outsourcing firms can execute your accounting and bookkeeping tasks in all frequencies (monthly, quarterly, and annually) or can supplement your present administrative staff to lessen the responsibility. Here is a summary of the services you can acquire from outsourcing your company?s accounting process:

?	Preparing cash disbursement checks;
?	Preparing input credits and bank deposits;
?	Preparing company payroll;
?	Preparing tax deposits and bank reconciliation;
?	Preparing financial statements;
?	Preparing payroll tax returns; and
?	Evaluation and review of financial results on different frequencies.

With accounting outsourcing, you will be able to see the benefits of having a cost-efficient business operation. With your accounting process at the hands of outsourcing professionals, you can focus to the core of your business and convert every cent of your working capital into hundreds to thousands of dollars in generated revenues and profits.

Shelley Borle

Did you notice the air is getting warmer, the trees are budding & your wallet is empty? Your Sizzling Hot Summer is just around the corner. You know you?ll have extra time on your hands and an empty wallet in your pocket. I bet you’re thinking that you’d like to make a few extra bucks this summer. But you’re too young for the jobs available to the 16 and older teens. And you’re bored and too old for the standard lemonade stand idea. What else can you do to make some real money?

Lets first start by getting your brain into money making idea mode, you will need to ask yourself: What do I really love doing? What am I great at? What skills do I have? Here are just a few brilliant ideas to get you started and I know you will come up with many more:

Doggy Daycare: Do you have experience caring for your own pampered pooch? I am sure you know people in your neighbourhood who work all day and leave their darling dog alone. You could offer a Doggie Daycare Service: walking, bathing, feeding, playing, cleaning the dog run, etc. Doggie Daycares are super sizzling hot this summer and a great way to make a ton of cash and also have a fantastic time. You can expect to make from %30 – %50 per eight-hour day; hey that?s a nice chunk of change.

Certified Babysitter: Babysitters are constantly in very high demand and during the summer the demand skyrockets. You can expect to make anywhere from %4 to %10 per hour as a Certified Babysitter. Be sure to get specialized babysitter training through a Certified Course. Your local YWCA, Red Cross, local community league or even your school will have these certified courses available. You will really increase your hiring demand and wage if you become a Certified Babysitter.

Birthday Party Planner: Start a Birthday Party Prep Service. You send or hand deliver invites, set up decorations, be the lead during party games, supervise party guests, assist with serving food, etc. If you possess a special talent as a magician or clown, you could even earn extra money by providing the entertainment. You could make as much as %100 for a two-hour party.

Tutor Service: Do You Get Amazing Grades In School? Start your own Tutoring Service to help younger kids raise grades. A lot of kids need extra help with their math, science, and reading, Spanish & French. You could expect to make %10 to %15 per hour.

Do You Love The Great Outdoors? Consider jobs that take place outside: mow lawns, wash cars, weed gardens, etc. Or you could also grow your own vegetables, fruit, herbs, flowers, etc to sell at a Farmers Market. You could expect to make %10 to %20 per outdoor odd job and a lot more selling your homegrown produce at a Farmers Market.

Are Arts & Crafts Your Thing? Perhaps the funky things you love to make are items other people would really love to buy. Ideas could be hemp jewellery, stuffed animals, greeting cards, t-shirts, pet rocks, the list is endless, and a sizzling hot item for this summer is funky hip Tie Dye t-shirts. The amount of money you can earn varies greatly. Funky Tie Dye t-shirts can sell for as much as %30 each.

House Sitter: Are you reliable, trustworthy & mature? People would then certainly employ you to look after all kinds of chores for them while they are away from their homes. You could housesit while they’re away, taking in their mail, watering houseplants, inspecting the house, making sure the garbage gets out to the curb, checking on pets, mowing lawns, and so much more. The more chores you are responsible for the more money your make. You can expect to earn %20 to %50 per day as a house sitter.

That’s merely a very brief list of moneymaking job ideas. The secret to a sizzling hot money making summer, of course, is to get the word out regarding your services or products. Compose an attention -grabbing flyer one that will create a compelling initial impression with people who haven’t met you. Tack it up on bulletin boards at your local grocery store, restaurants & corner convenience stores. A sure fire way to impress potential clients is to hand deliver your flyers. Ring their doorbells, introduce yourself and hand them one of your sizzling hot flyers, how can someone not be impressed.

A great idea while you are out and about working would be to carry a cell phone with you to keep in touch with your parents. Always remember safety first before anything else. Enjoy a fun, safe, moneymaking sizzling summer.

DIVORCE BASICS: Planning When the Unplanned Happens.
Elaine Kiernan, CFP, CDFA

No one likes to think about divorce. That it happens means that a very important part of one’s life did not go as planned. When it does happen, however, there is absolute and immediate need for a plan–divorce financial planning. While divorce is never an easy process, effective divorce planning can mitigate some of the pain and confusion involved that may affect you for the long term.

Divorce proceedings and Marital Settlement Agreements (MSAs) are often complicated. Drafting your MSA–the document that will identify and divide affected property and outline provisions for custody and child support–is a key step in any divorce, one that many couples execute poorly. The repercussions from doing so can affect you for the rest of your life. There are basic steps, terms, and intermediaries that can help make your divorce planning less stressful:

1. Self-help guides
Some financial situations render legal help unaffordable. There is plenty of literature available devoted to divorce planning. Remember though, an MSA is probably the largest financial transaction of your life–consulting someone with education and expertise is advisable.
2. Paralegals
While they can file your divorce papers with a court, they CANNOT give legal advice.
3. Mediators
Attorneys, judges, or other qualified professionals that work with couples seeking an out-of-court settlement. Mediators do not go to court or handle litigated matters. Check with your local Bar Association for a list of Family Law Specialists and Mediators: a majority offers free consultations (usually lasting 30 minutes).
4. Litigation Attorneys
Litigation attorneys help couples that can’t reach an amicable settlement by preparing their case for a hearing before a judge.
5. Certified Family Law Specialist
An attorney who has specialized education and expertise in family law–in many cases such specialists are best when taking your case to trial.
6. Certified Divorce Planners
CDPs mediate the financial aspects of an equitable divorce settlement, generally working in conjunction with a Family Law Attorney.
7. Collaborative Law
Involves a team approach where two attorneys (one for each party), two mental health coaches, and one financial advisor assist in determining a settlement. All members of the team sign a statement agreeing to work together in keeping proceedings out of court and preparing an MSA that is fair for all involved.

MEDIATING
* Mediated cases generally cost 10%PRCTG% that of litigated cases
* Mediated divorces are settled as quickly as an agreement is established
* In many states, divorces are final after a six month separation period

vs.

LITIGATING
* Litigated divorces usually require a starting retainer of %10,000
* Eventual fees drive costs up by tens of thousands of dollars
* In-court divorce proceedings can carry on for more than two years

Dividing assets is tricky territory as regulations vary from state to state. Some states treat income earned during a marriage as community property–regardless of who earned it. Anything purchased with community property funds is owned by the parties equally. In the event of a marriage dissolution, assets are divided between the parties. The division that you should seek should be the best one for both spouses–you may decide on something other than a strict 50-50 distribution if it is better for the family as a whole.

Retirement accounts can be kept by whomever’s name appears on the account. If a couple prefers to divide a pension, a court order called a Qualified Domestic Relations Order (QDRO) is required to do so. Banks can transfer IRA account funds without a QDRO.

The final, most stressful divorce issue involves the determination of child support. Remember these primary considerations:

* Spouse income
* Percentage of time spent with children
* State and Federal taxes for each child
* Health insurance costs for each child

Child support is not tax deductible to the payer or taxable to the recipient. California has a child support guideline that can be determined by using any certified support calculation software program. Computer calculations do not provide a ready answer for spousal support or alimony. Alimony is based on the needs of the supported party and the other party’s ability to pay. Alimony is tax deductible to the payer and must be included as taxable income on the recipient’s tax return. A combined payment known as family support is treated the same as spousal support. Obtaining a life insurance policy for both spouses (to insure continuing support should a parent die prior to completion of his or her support obligation) is also an advisable step.

Never underestimate the decisions made while planning and proceeding with your divorce–they will affect all aspects of your life for years to come. Do what you can to make those ramifications positive. There is so much to divorce than signing papers and dividing assets. If “happily ever after” is not your ending, a comprehensive understanding of your rights and obligations can at least make it “happy after the fact.” Education and awareness is key to making the most out a divorce’s unfortunate circumstances.
About the Author

The right centerpiece can do wonders for your holiday dinner party. Finding the perfect Christmas table decoration idea for your special occasion is easier than you may think. You can find inspiration in many places. Some are obvious while others are really unique.

One of the obvious places to look for the perfect Christmas table decoration idea for your event is the professional florist. You can save yourself a lot of time and hassle just by purchasing a lovely arrangement completed by a professional florist. This Christmas table decoration idea may not be the most original but it is timeless and always appropriate.

Many of today?s florists really make unique centerpieces and you can request something a little out of the ordinary as well. A few interesting details here and there can transform a regular flower arrangement into a great conversation piece. A busy individual may want to look to the professionals for help.

Others like a do-it-yourself approach even when it comes to Christmas table decoration ideas. Using scented candles is never a good idea if the centerpiece is going to be around food and wine. The scents from the candles can change the taste of the food because eating has a great deal to do with the sense of smell.

Nevertheless, candles do make wonderful arrangements and you can make some really great presentations with these. I think that unscented candles are the cornerstone to a beautiful Christmas table decoration idea. These candles come in a lot of colors, shapes and sizes. You can make a glowing sculpture in the center of your table.

Many people love sparkle during the holiday season. Why not add some edible silver candies that are usually found on cakes and cupcakes. Adding these edible but decorative items will enhance any Christmas table decoration idea by giving it some glitter and spark.

Since I am on the subject of glitter and candies, why not make an arrangement out of chocolates wrapped in green, red and silver foil? Hershey Kisses can be stuck to a Styrofoam cone shaped like a tree. This is a delicious Christmas table decoration idea that is tops on my list.

There are so many ways to bring life to your dining area but make sure that you don?t overdo it. If you are going to go with the candle Christmas decoration idea then maybe add some silver candies here and there to catch the light. Some red napkins and poinsettia detailing in spots will be plenty to add clean sophisticated style to your party.

How to Stop Your Divorce
Wilhelm Barnard

You have invested a lot of time and energy in your marriage. For
some reason, you just can’t seem to make things work. You and
your mate aren’t talking to each other like you used to; you
have started to sleep separately; or perhaps you or your mate
have been unfaithful. There are a million reasons why a married
couple might consider divorce, and sometimes it just doesn’t
feel like the right thing to do. Sometimes, one or both spouses
still have enough feelings for the other to want to prevent a
divorce.

There is a reason why judges insist that both people be in
agreement on a divorce before they will actually grant one. The
process is a very simple one; in that if one spouse doesn’t
agree to the divorce, there is always a chance that the marriage
could be saved. If you are in a situation where you want to stop
your divorce, there are many avenues that you can take that just
might help you to save your marriage.

For starters, you can give marital counseling a try. This is not
to say that it will definitely work for you and your spouse;
however, it may just be the best route for you. When you go to
marital counseling you are given the opportunity to voice your
grievances about your spouse with an impartial party. Marriage
counseling has helped millions of couples to find the reason
they married in the first place. It helps many couples to
reconnect. It is also a great way to get the tools that you will
need in order to maintain that connection throughout your
marriage. Of course, this method works best when both spouses
are willing to participate fully.

You can also try to save your marriage by taking part in a
marital retreat. Many churches and local clubs offer retreats
for married to couples who are having problems. These retreats
are geared toward helping those couples who are interested in
taking part with other couples in group therapy sessions. This
is also a great way for the couple to get away from all of the
hassles of their daily home life while working on their
marriage. When you don’t have pressures like children and work
to interrupt you, it makes it much easier for couples to focus
on what’s really important.

You should never wait until your marriage is in a shambles
before you finally take notice as to how important it is to you.
When you do that all you are guaranteed is that you will
eventually be faced with this problem. You have to be willing to
talk and listen in a marriage. You also have to be willing to
let some things slide every now and then. In the end, the only
thing that can really keep a marriage together is if both people
want it that way. Sometimes, it is just better to cut your
losses and move on.
